Getting started is easy with our straightforward application process. Simply fill out the necessary details, and we’ll evaluate based on your overall credit report, rental history, and criminal background.

Lease terms vary, depending on the time of your move-in date, and according to the specials we offer from time to time. Usually, our lease terms range from 12 to 15 months. Reach out to the leasing team to discuss possible additional lease term options.
Great news! For a fully approved application, no deposit is required. However, a conditionally approved application may necessitate a security deposit of up to one month’s rent. Application approval is based on the screening results. A $200 administrative fee is charged per home as well as $80 application fee for every applicant over 18. Call the leasing office for additional details.
Hartwood Resident Service Charge includes Pest Control Fee, Smart Lock Fee, Spectrum WIFI, and Trash Fee. Residents will also be billed $12 for the Resident Liability Insurance.

- Electric: Our preferred electricity provider is RELIANT ENERGY – 1-855-353-7736. WWW.RELIANT.COM/MYHOME
- High-Speed Internet & TV: Spectrum provides community WiFi to Hartwood. To learn more, contact Spectrum at 1-855-895-5302. More info will be available in your welcome kit.
We do not hold any apartment homes, however our quote sheet can reserve pricing for up to 48 hours to finalize your application process. Our pricing does fluctuate daily, so we recommend asking a leasing agent for a quote.

At our property, we strive to provide ample parking options for both residents and guests. We do offer surface-level parking surrounding the building for guests as well as controlled access parking for residents. If you would like to reserve a spot for an optimal space this is available for you as well at an additional cost. Please note that there are vehicle limits. Contact the leasing agent for additional information.
Moving trucks are not permitted to enter the garages. Please utilize street parking to unload at the nearest elevator location. Feel free to ask the leasing agent for maps and directions to these locations
We adore our furry friends, and we welcome your 4-legged family members! We accept dogs (certain breed restrictions apply) and cats only. You are limited to 2 total pets per apartment.
The following pet rules apply:
– Pet fees include a $400 non-refundable fee.
– Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet.
– We do not have any weight restrictions on pets, but certain breed restrictions do apply.

Our community does not feature an on-site dog park; however, as part of the prestigious Billingsley Collection, residents have exclusive access to a premier pet-friendly amenity located within Sloan Corner at Bravo Park.
As a valued resident of our community, we are delighted to offer you access to our exceptional Fitness Center at no additional cost. We kindly ask that you please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our gym policies. These guidelines are posted at the entry to the fitness center and will help ensure that everyone has an enjoyable workout experience.
We aim to respect our neighbors, which is why we observe Quiet Hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Certainly! Rest assured, we’ve got you covered when it comes to staying connected. At Hartwood, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in both indoor and outdoor community spaces, including the leasing center, clubrooms, fitness center, and courtyards.
We are proud to be a smoke-free community. This means that all our common areas indoors and outdoors as well as ALL apartments, garages and interiors are non-smoking, creating a healthy and clean community for our current and future residents. You must be 25 feet away from all properties, park enclosures, and buildings.
We’re doing what we can with a community-wide recycling program for all residents who want to participate. We have a designated recycling area where we can accept broken-down cardboard boxes. Recyclables should be placed into your roll cart or community recycling container without any plastic baggage.
